What candidates can expect

To consistently provide a high level of service, we follow the below guidelines.

CV Submission/Customer Contact:

• On Submission of your CV, a Reqiva consultant will respond to your application as
  promptly as possible.
• Your specialist consultant will discuss your requirements and if necessary arrange a
  meeting to discuss your needs further.
• You will receive information/advice about your CV and the current Software Engineering market.
• Your Consultant will discuss relevant positions and agree timescales for future contact.
• In most cases, references will be required, before CV submission and treated as confidential.

Pre/Post-interview:

• We will only submit your CV to positions that you have been fully briefed upon.
• We will always try to give you feedback on your CV submission, whether successful or unsuccessful.
• We will ensure all e-mail confirmation is despatched immediately after confirming the interview with you (Job specification/ Address/Company website/Contact Name/Interview tips)
• We will give you feedback on your interview as soon as possible

Offer/Placement:

• On offer of employment from our client, candidates will be given full information including; job title, hours of work, salary and benefits package, notice period and any health and safety risks.
• Hard copies of contracts and placement letters will be sent.
• Once you have started we will visit you on site to ensure everything is as expected.
