• Meet with you to gain a full understanding of your business and job specification.
• Advise you on the market conditions and how best to move forward with your vacancies.
• Finalise & agree a suitable candidate profile & interview process.

Customer Contact and Interviews:

• Ensure regular updates to agreed timescales
• Candidates submitted will be highly qualified and referenced, to ensure best fit.
• All candidates will be fully briefed on your company and position.
• All interviews will be confirmed and an email confirmation dispatched to both candidate and client.
• Candidate interview feedback will be delivered to the client immediately after interview.

Offer and Placement:

• All offers will be verbally received by your consultant and delivered to the candidate.
• We will issue hard copies of contracts and placement letters.
• Post placement meeting to discuss both parties are happy.
