Your Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Technical Support Analyst with an interest in Application Support.

Working as the 1st Line IT Support Analyst, you will be ensuring customer enquiries and incidents are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will also be a key contributor to knowledge enhancement by proactively creating and updating knowledge base articles to improve fault resolution at 1st Line.

You will be working within a dynamic and supportive team that encourages passion and collaboration as a team and individually. New ideas are highly encouraged and you will have the opportunity to maximise your potential, with support for your professional and personal development.

Your Experience

You will have/be:
  • Minimum A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Highly analytical with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership of issues and manage progress until resolved.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand user requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Customer service experience
