Analog IC Design Engineer

Reqiva are partnered with a well-established global company based in Cambridge who are recruiting for an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join the growing team. 

Our client specialises in the design of high performance electronic components used to create energy efficient power supplies for a vast range of products such as TVs' PCS, Mobile devises and more. 

As the Analog IC Design Engineer, you will be,
  • Working with colleagues in the Systems team to help optimally partition the system solution
  • Work with colleagues in the IC Design team to devise a chip architecture
  • Devise innovative circuit solutions that implement the complex and intellectually challenging functions and control schemes necessary to deliver target system performance
  • Share responsibility for compact cell layout with specialist layout designers in the team
  • Identify opportunities for patenting innovative circuit techniques and, where appropriate, document his/her inventions for patent drafting
What do you need? 
  • A Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or related subject
  • At least 6 years extensive and demonstrable experience of full custom analogue IC Design
  • Have in depth knowledge and understanding of best-practice analogue IC design methods
  • Be a competent and productive user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Great commutation skills
