Reqiva are partnered with an exciting company who monitor business-critical IT infrastructure and applications.

They are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join them and become an expert in their product and be able to offer industry-leading support service. 

Your key Responsibilities will include: 
  • Working with customers to answer questions and solve technical issues
  • Working through detailed and comprehensive diagnostic dad 
  • Working with colleagues to log product improvements and bugs
About you:
We’re looking for an experienced technical support engineer who has worked in a growing, fast paced software company. You’ll be ambitious, thrive on change, love a challenge, and have great customer service at your core. 

Jobs Specification & Qualifications:

Essential
  • 3+ years’ proven experience delivering customer facing software support.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Microsoft technologies i.e. Windows Server, Azure, SQL, IIS, Powershell
Desirable
  • Other written and spoken languages
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar case management systems
  • Experience with Enterprise monitoring tools (e.g. Microsoft SCOM) and practices
This opportunity offers a full remote working environment with occasional travel to their Slough based office.
