Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist | Reading

Part-Time 
  
Reqiva is an established, specialist Technology and Mechatronics recruitment business located in Reading.
Due to expansion, we are looking for an Operations & Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team. We have been established since 2008 and have ambitious plans for growth.

Responsibilities:

Operations:

- Working closely with the Director’s to drive operational efficiencies within the business.
- Office administration for the business including facilities, sales support, back-office ensuring all aspects of the business are managed and developed to a high standard
- Organising company incentives and calendar
- Day to day office duties and responsibilities to support the sales team in their roles
- Ensuring sales reports and systems/records are correctly maintained
- Contribute to a positive environment helping to drive our culture.

Talent Acquisition | Internal Recruitment

- Identifying a continuous pipeline of candidates for our internal hiring, ranging from junior to experienced recruitment consultants to match with our growth targets.
- Understanding our recruitment requirements and culture, working with Directors and Team member to do this and convey this to applicants.
- Successfully advertising vacancies via internal and external channels - assessing various recruitment methods and selecting the most appropriate.
- Assessing candidate applications and conducting full telephone/video and face to face interviews screening to enable selection of candidates to the next stage of the process.
- Providing candidates with appropriate and constructive feedback and a positive Reqiva brand experience.
- Liaising with external suppliers where required
- Ensuring that we take a proactive approach to Recruitment to achieve hiring targets.
- Playing a key role in successful on-boarding of new team members.
- Administrative support for training and development.
  
Experience required:

- Previous achievements within an operations position for a sales-driven business ideally recruitment consultancy.
- Previous achievements in hiring and onboarding new hires.
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
  
This initially is a part-time position however with company growth has the opportunity to progress into a full-time position.
We offer remote working although we require someone in commutable distance of our offices at Green Park, Reading.
