They are looking for a Lead Simulation and Modelling Engineer | Automation Engineer to lead the development of state-of-the-art simulation models and digital twin technology that mirror real-world processes, enhancing the performance of autonomous systems. Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, simulation modelling, or digital twin technology.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining simulation models to replicate real-world processes.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and relevant simulation frameworks.
• Experience with advanced sensor data analysis for system performance monitoring and optimization.
• Proven ability to lead projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master/PhD) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain simulation models using digital twin technology to replicate real-world processes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance through advanced sensor data to ensure optimal operation and early identification of potential issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate simulation results into practical design and development enhancements.
• Lead projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
• Continuously update and refine simulation techniques and methodologies to keep pace with technological advancements.
