Sales Manager | Embedded Systems / Software

Reqiva are currently seeking a Sales Manager to work for a highly established hardware and embedded software manufacturer. Our client is looking to drive their already highly successful and well established Hardware company to new levels within Systems and Software.

The role of Sales Manager requires an individual who has come from the Embedded Computing world and understands selling embedded hardware and software. We are looking for a Sales Manager who has the experience to build and design the Sales Strategy for System level selling of hardware and Software products across a distribution network. The Sales Manager will have come from an Embedded Systems / Embedded computing background and will have in depth knowledge of this market.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Highly experienced Sales Manager within the Embedded, Electronics, Hardware space
  • Track record of building strong relationships with customers and specifically Distribution networks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Embedded / FPGA / ARM CPU / Microcontroller / Software Engineering space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly driven to achieve and drive results
  • Degree in a relevant subject such as Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or Similar.

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager who can really help drive the business across new frontiers so needs someone who can help guide them in the go-to-market strategy for new ideas.

The package for the role of Sales Manager is dependent on the experience but holds an OTE of Circa £80,000.
