In this role, you will lead product innovation, ensuring high standards of service and delivering exceptional solutions to customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leveraging cutting-edge science.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive products from concept to market, aligning with business objectives.
-Lead discovery initiatives to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and design teams to deliver high- value solutions.
-Oversee launch strategies to maximize market impact.
-Continuously optimise product performance using analytics and insights.
-Foster a collaborative, high-performance product team.

Skills & Experience:

- Several years experience in product management, with a strong track record of leadership.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related  fields (MBA preferred).
-Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in agile methodologies.
-Technical proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
-Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
