Reqiva are seeking a Support Engineer for a well - established network technology company that create flagship products within their field. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic 4G/5G Support Engineer to join this close knit expanding team, you will be supporting customers, including DevOps and IT support. 

Support Engineer key responsibilities, 
  • Complete test plans to validate client provided software updates. 
  • Remain updated on product roadmap and features 
  • Support customers 
  • Solves and offer solutions to real world problems 
Essential requirements for a Support Engineer, 
  • Experaince in EU emulators and Load Tester 
  • Working knowledge of either Linux, Shell Scripting and IP Networking 
  • Scrum experience
  • At least 2 years of experience on mobile telecommunication  
  • Knowledge of 4G and/or 5g core network interfaces 
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a similar Experaince. 
As a Support Engineer your role will be very customer service based, the right candidate will have great communication and problem solving skills. 

The Support Engineer is paying up to £70,000 depending on experience, alongside some fantastic benefits and great flexibility on hybrid working, as a Support Engineer you will only need to work from the office once very two weeks / a month.
