I was contacted by Jonathan from Reqiva for a position based near Reading. He pinged me on LinkedIn and then we had a couple of calls and he forwarded my profile and CV to the company. Throughout my interview process, Jon was in touch with me, even before my final round, he personally called me to give a few bits of advice for the round. I worked with Ben at Reqiva on a role I was applying for and he was absolutely fantastic. Ben was really personable and genuine and you could tell he really put his all into supporting me through the process and truly cared about me, not just placing a candidate and "collecting his commission". Sadly, I didn't get the position, but Ben chased and followed up for crucial feedback for me and he also checked in a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on. Highly recommended. My contact was James who always managed my expectations well. James provided me with varied options (python dev), from comfortable positions through to more challenging roles. James took time to understand my needs and handled the whole process professionally. At no point did any of our interaction feel like a form filling exercise or hint at a desperate push for high value roles which I find are all too common with recruiters. There is a certain level of care here that I feel has been lost in most recruitment agencies. The level of communication was just right, even if there was no news, I was never left wondering, there would always be a call to let me know where we were in a process. Overall our interaction was nothing less than a pleasure on this side of the table.
