Lead ASIC Design Engineer RFIC

Reqiva are seeking a Lead ASIC Design Engineer to work for a growing engineering company, based in Cambridge and London.

We are seeking a Lead ASIC Design Engineer who will be responsible for architecture and Circuit design for RFIC building blocks, like PA, Phase Shifter, Active VGA. You will be delivering high quality RF/Analog blocks with leading edge performance.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced in RFIC Design, (preferably 15GHz or Higher) with excellent understanding of RF CMOS circuit design and transceiver architecture.

The role will be 4 days on site (Cambridge) and 1 day remote.
