Usually for graduate or individuals with limited or no previous recruitment experience. You will receive the full Reqiva Academy training programme and work as part of an established team, within a niche area of technology, supporting a Senior Consultant to source, screen and match candidates for live roles.

Recruiter

Recruiter

Usually for recruiters with a few years of experience or those who have completed our Reqiva Academy Induction Programme and progressed to the next level. You will be assigned to a specific niche or region within technology and be responsible for working with existing clients whilst also generating new client relationships.

Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter

For experienced consultants with a background in the tech market or those who have progressed from Recruiter internally. You will be able to demonstrate consistent results and be confident developing and executing sales strategy. You will be commercially aware of the drivers and trends in your market and be viewed as a role model in the business.

Team Leader

This is a billing manager role, overseeing the growth and development of a small team of consultants within a specific technology niche. Working closely with the Directors and using your specialist market knowledge, you will define and deliver client growth strategy to ensure consistent results are achieved for yourself and your team.

Principal Consultant

This role is for those people who do not wish to go down the team management route but have proven themselves as a top billing consultant, with a the ability to generate revenue to a consistently high level. You will show strong client development capabilities, with a strong track record growing clients into partner accounts.

Business Manager

Business Manager

This is a senior billing manager role, overseeing the growth and development of a large team of consultants either within a specific technology niche or across multiple vertical markets. You will lead your business unit to maximise performance, improve service levels and achieve financial targets.

Managing Principal

You will be heavily focused on client relations, nurturing and strengthening existing client partnerships and capitalising on opportunities to target high value leads both within your specific niche and for the company as a whole. You will develop strategic plans, mentor a team of Delivery Consultants, and work as part of the overall leadership team.

Associate Director

Associate Director

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving the sales strategy and overall growth for the business. You will lead with autonomy, developing, managing, and executing the business plan, whilst supporting, training, and developing your team, enabling each employee to maximise their potential.

Head of Practice

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving and implementing the sales strategy for a specific vertical specialism. The focus will be on identifying and developing business opportunities across new markets, regions, customers, partnerships, products and/or services. This is a highly commercial and hands-on role, requiring astute networking and leadership capabilities.
