We start by conducting an initial detailed client consultation to understand the full requirements of the role, budgets and desired processes. Based on this, we will recommend which of our service solutions will be most appropriate before commencing our go-to-market strategy to identify suitable candidates. This will be assessed based on both technical and cultural fit, and all CVs will be presented alongside a detailed candidate summary to highlight why we feel they are a suitable match.

From here, to ensure smooth communication and progress, we schedule 30-minute weekly Teams calls with the client to gather feedback and discuss all candidates in process. Once the successful candidate has been selected, we move into our aftercare phase whereby we stay in regular contact with both the candidate and client to facilitate a seamless transition, address any concerns and ensure the ongoing success of the placement.

During the project briefing phase, our focus is on understanding the full details of the role, budget and desired duration. We then move on to the pre-screening stage where we carefully evaluate and assess potential candidates before shortlisting and presenting our top selection. Our aim throughout this phase is to work with pace as often speed-to-hire is a key objective when it comes to contract assignments.

Once a successful candidate has been selected, we will support both client and candidate throughout the onboarding process including set-up on our timesheet management system to manage payroll. From here we remain in regular contact with both the client and candidate to ensure the project is running smoothly and expectations are being met for both parties.
