Project Manager | Hardware / Embedded Systems
Duration: Fixed Term Contract
Location: Brisbane
Reqiva is working with a Brisbane-based engineering company developing an innovative UAS platform, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to support delivery of the project.
This is a hands-on, Project Management position working closely with a small team of senior engineers to drive delivery across embedded systems, electronics, and hardware integration.
Key experience:
– Background in low-level software development connected to hardware (embedded systems, robotics, IoT, etc.)
– Experience managing small, senior engineering teams (2–3 engineers)
– Strong understanding of hardware–software integration challenges
– Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
– Comfortable working closely with engineering teams to drive outcomes, not just reporting
