Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / Django & Vue) 

Location: Sydney | full remote working offered within Australia

A growing HealthTech platform is looking for a Software Engineer to help build and scale a production healthcare system used in real-world clinical environments.

This is a hands-on role working across both backend and frontend systems, delivering reliable features and improving platform performance alongside a collaborative engineering and product team.
What you'll do

• Build backend services using Python and Django
• Develop frontend features with Vue.js
• Design and maintain REST APIs
• Work with relational databases and asynchronous processing
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and platform improvements
• Help support and improve systems running in production

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years software engineering experience
• Strong Python / Django experience
• Experience with Vue.js or modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building production web applications
• Comfortable working with Git workflows and collaborative development

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• Exposure to Azure or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD or trunk-based development
