The Role
As a Quantitative Developer, you’ll work alongside some of the best minds in systematic trading and quantitative research. You’ll be responsible for building and optimising complex data-driven models, tools, and workflows that directly impact trading strategies across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise high-performance Python codebases.
• Work extensively with NumPy, Pandas, and other data manipulation libraries.
• Collaborate with researchers and traders to design and implement robust data pipelines and analysis tools.
• Solve challenging computational problems with clean, efficient, and scalable code.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of professional Python development experience.
• Deep expertise in NumPy and Pandas for high-volume data processing.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
• Experience in financial markets, data science, or quantitative development is a plus — but not essential.
