The Role As a Support Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting customers using next-generation mobile core software. You’ll troubleshoot real-world challenges, guide customers through technical tasks, and help ensure the smooth deployment and operation of complex network solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in supporting critical 4G and 5G technologies deployed worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support and respond to customer queries.
- Guide customers through configuration changes and operational procedures.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain core network software, often in real-time with customers.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous process improvements.
- Support test planning and execution, logging results and ensuring product reliability.
- 3–8 years’ experience supporting 4G/5G networks or related telecom infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and software lifecycles.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with tools such as Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in technical teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
