Python | Senior Software Engineer | Data Streaming 

Location: Sydney, remote first

We are suporting this data and video analytics platform leader located in Sydney who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing, remote-first team building real-time analytics systems deployed on the cloud in AWS.

In this role, you’ll work across distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, and on-device logic to help shape a robust, event-driven platform powering next-generation telemetry, security, and automation products.

Experience required: 

We’re particularly interested in engineers with experience in:

• Python (strong coding and system design)
• Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
• Edge device experience (e.g., IoT, sensors, real-time inferences
• AWS or GCP
• Beneficial: serverless or microservices
• Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi
