Software Engineer C++, QT, Linux

Reqiva is working with a growing manufacturing company in Brisbane developing an innovative UAS platform.
 
We're currently hiring a Software Engineer with strong C++ experience to build applications supporting real-world robotics systems.
 
This role focuses on developing robust desktop applications and interfaces that interact directly with robotics platforms - working closely with hardware and autonomy teams.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
- Develop high-performance applications using C++ and Qt
- Build UI and visualisation tools for robotics systems
- Work within Linux-based environments, including edge/embedded systems
- Collaborate with robotics and electronics teams on system integration
 
What we're looking for:
 
- 3+ years' experience in software engineering
- Strong C++ experience
- Experience with Qt (Qt5/Qt6) and Linux
- Exposure to 3D graphics or visualisation is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, product-focused environment
